Phrase Ace is an educational mobile app that helps users learn English idioms. The App is designed for lawful, personal use only and is not intended for distribution or use in jurisdictions where such use would require additional compliance not satisfied by the Services.
The App requires you to create an account to access its features. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The App displays third-party advertisements delivered through our ad stack, including Google AdMob, ironSource LevelPlay (Unity) (ad mediation), and Facebook Audience Network. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
We reserve the right to modify the advertising implementation, including ad frequency, format, and providers, at any time without prior notice.
The App, its content (including text, illustrations, UI, and design), and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Velastra LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services except as expressly permitted in these Terms or applicable platform rules.
Purchases made in the App, including one-time in-app purchases ("IAP") and any optional auto-renewing subscriptions (collectively, "Purchases"), are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play). We do not receive or store your full payment information.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; impose limits; or restrict access as needed to maintain security, integrity, or compliance. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
You may delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all associated data — including learning progress, streaks, favorites, review history, notification preferences, and the account itself — is permanently deleted immediately.
No data is retained after account deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. For full details, see our Delete Account page.
Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or as required by law. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Phrase Ace collects personal information including your name, email address, user ID, advertiser ID, crash logs, and precise location. This data may be used and shared with third parties for app functionality, analytics, advertising, marketing, developer communications, fraud prevention, security, compliance, personalization, and account management.
Third-Party Advertising: Our advertising partners, including Google AdMob, ironSource LevelPlay (mediation), and Facebook Audience Network, may collect certain information from your device as described in Section 2 and our Privacy Policy. This includes advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to display relevant advertisements.
Your data is stored both on your device and on our servers. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting us. See our Delete Account page for details.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we inadvertently received such data, please contact us.
Your use of the App may also be subject to Apple or Google platform terms and policies. For iOS users, the Apple Standard EULA applies to your license to the App and its in-app content.
Phrase Ace is currently offered in English only. We aim to make the app accessible and usable for all users. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact us at contactus@velastrallc.com.

The following text is provided by Apple and applies to your use of the iOS version of the App. In the event of any conflict with these Terms on iOS licensing matters, this EULA controls.
We collect your name, email address, user ID, advertiser ID, crash logs, and precise location. This data may be used and shared with third parties for app functionality, analytics, advertising, marketing, developer communications, fraud prevention, personalization, and account management. You can purchase the ad-free version via a one-time in-app purchase to permanently remove all advertisements from the App.
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or email contactus@velastrallc.com. All data is permanently deleted immediately. See our Delete Account page for details.
Manage or cancel in your platform account settings (e.g., iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions).
Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App while signed into the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
