Delete Account – Phrase Ace

Request deletion of your account and all associated data

This action is permanent

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete from the App
  1. Open Phrase Ace and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Delete without App Access

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

  1. Send an email to contactus@velastrallc.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address associated with your account in the body of the email.
What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, all of the following data is permanently removed:

  • All learning progress
  • Streaks
  • Favorites
  • Review history
  • Notification preferences
  • Your account itself
Data Retention

Nothing is retained. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

No data is kept, backed up, or archived after deletion.
